  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy aims to increase our flexibility in thinking, accept the things we cannot change and let go of the struggle with our emotion

  • Enhance cognitive behaviour therapy works specifically with those challenging an eating disorder

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy is a skills-based therapy to help those that have difficulty regulating emotion, experience rigidity in their thinking and have interpersonal challenges.

Medicare

You may be eligable for a Medicare rebate for your psychology sessions. This can be accessed through your GP in the form of:

A Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)

Up to 10 sessions per calander year of psychology with a Medicare rebate (Up to $147.05 per session).

Eating Disorder Plan (EDP)

Up to 40 sessions per calander year of psychology with a Medicare rebate (Up to $147.05 per session)

Complex Care Plan (CCP)

Up to 5 sessions per calander year of psychology.
