Bodysound Psychology is a service that has arisen from the belief that psychology is an integral part of a persons wellbeing and everyday healthcare. Every mental health condition is felt in the body; whether this be the experience of emotions or sleeplessnes, to more complex experiences such as pain. Mental health can affect how we recieve healthcare due to fear or misunderstanding, judgement or loss of hope. Our service aims to provide an empathetic space where we can work together with your healthcare team to improve your overall health.
