Our clinicians use evidence-based psychological intervention and work alongside medical managemet to gain the best outcome for our clients. We have experience and special interest in offering evidence-based care for eating disorders and the provision of EMDR as gold-standard therapy for complex trauma.

Psychological Counselling

Psychological Counselling is available to address a range of client concerns. This includes body image and eating disturbance, trauma processing, perinatal issues, identity concerns, mood disturbance, obsession/compulsion and issues impacting medical treatment.

WPATH Assessment

The WPATH assessment is offered to adults who are accessing gender-affirming care. The purspose of the assessment is to provide therepeutic support so that individuals may make informed decision regarding their healthcare and treatment.

Sexology

Sexology is the study of human sexuality, exploring the diverse and rich ways in which people experience and express their sexual and romantic selves. It covers a wide range of topics, from sexual behaviours and relationships to gender, identity, and the physical, emotional, and social factors that contribute to sexual health and overall well-being. A sexology session can assist with sexual health education, overcoming sexual challenges, healing from sexual trauma, intimacy issues, exploration of sexual identity, managing sexual transition, sexual anxiety, vaginismus, post-menupausal and post-partum sexual changes, erectile challenges and more.

(Unfortunately, medicare does not offer rebate for sexology sessions)
